While in the Healing School Class watching one of the videos in module 2. The screen blacked out yesterday. I clicked on the KingsChat app to get back on track for healing school classes. It is still black out. Any advice ?

Please help update the app for iOS users. Seems like it works better for android users. The app has been crashing when using the search function. Same happens with CeFlix. Thank you kindly.

I have deleted this app years ago for many reasons. I see way more “users” trying to hustle others on here. Can we filter them out? What I highly dislike is that some features like unfollowing a user doesn’t work. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app. Still... when I press on unfollow it does nothing. It seems like the functionality of the app isn’t that great. How long are the creators going to work on these improvements?

I am unable to login to my KingsChat account because the sms code doesn’t get delivered to my phone.. it’s been weeks with the same problem

My kingschat is not opening My Kingschat was not opening. It was showing blank.I tried updating but it still didn’t work. Now I am uninstalling and reinstalling.. It showed a blank white page when I try to open with the icon.. I use an iPhone. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but please fix it

I love this app but I can’t use it for some reason. Whenever I open it, it’s just blank. I have had this issue ever since I downloaded it. I’m unable to see my Pastor’s recent post. My friend’s recent post. Please fix this ASAP.

Can someone please examine this app. It keeps crashing. Can’t launch it successfully.

These are some of problems: 1. From yesterday I can’t open the app, every time I trying to open it kick me out! 2. Can’t delete all conversations together. 3. When someone add me we want to choose accept or ignore. 4. When we delete all conversations one by one also it is open after sending broadcast. Please make it better.

The app is pretty good. However, there are some issues. when deleting friends, it won’t delete them and they still can send massages but won’t show up

Hi, can you look into the app's unresponsiveness anytime there's an update? I don't believe its suppose to be that way...

I recently realized that some users are able to retract their post while some others are unable to. I have recently updated my app to see if that would make any difference but it didn’t. While I can delete an erroneous post, it remains visible for others to see. How can I fix this?

Can the developers please look into the incompatibility issue KC has with IOS? Apart from that KC is incomparable! Unique in every way. The love, the atmosphere is out of this world.

I have been trying to open my Kingschat app after updating it today but a white background appears for some time and closes by itself. Any Solutions please?

I really love KingsChat and I love to get all the updates from pastor Chris and love world but this app keeps crashing. I used an iPhone 5c and it crashed a lot. I switched to a 6 and the same thing occurs. Please please upgrade and fix.

Every time a new IOS is released & I update, the APP crashes. I often have to delete and reinstall to get it to load. Kindly, fix this glitch.

Hello. I am having a issue adding my phone number to my profile. I originally had it linked to my profile but due to bug errors I had to delete the app and download it again. After downloading the app again, I was not able to add my number to my profile because it says the phone number is already in use. In my previous registration I used the same email address and it didn’t have any issues with using the same email, but I can’t add the same number to my current profile. Is there a way to add my number that I previously used? Thank You and God Bless.

I will be much grateful if the developer will address the difficulties I’m facing. Since I changed from phone I can’t log into my account with the same credential and I did try to reset my password via email and it’s was successful but if I log in and try to add my number I keep getting this message that your number is really been taken. I did try to log in using my number but i keep facing the same problem so I tried getting a new password via sms which I did get the code but any time I enter the code nothing happens. I have try uninstall the app and download it over and over but I’m still facing the same problem. I really need you help to solve this problem. Thanks

I downloaded it on my iphone 7. I put in my number but it says my number is incorrect. My number is obviously correct and i tried another correct number and its the same issue. Kindly fix it please

I'll kindly appreciate it if the developers just fix the crash issue. I recently changed my old iPhone 6 for a new one. Downloaded Kingschat but it keeps saying couldn't refresh page or page not found. The app opens up but it's blank. Deleted the app over and over again but still the same issue. Just to be certain if my page was still on the Kingschat server, I switched to the web version and it's still functional which i still use to share messages.

It isn't working at all. The update is faulty, it keeps taking you back to your profile mode. Can't get to view the fields or make chat.

The App is awesome! Love the way it's designed. Works very well too!

I have a problem when enter my country cellphone number and where there is a message that says : (you have an entered invalid number please edit and try agian) but my number is correct.is this issue or not and can u fix it please i need this app.😣😣

Fantastic app. Works excellently on my andriod phone however it's not allowing me register on my iPhone it keeps popping up invalid number. PLS FIX!!!
